REFUND POLICY

Thank you for being a part of Kingdom Day Traders. We are committed to delivering exceptional value through our programs, cohorts, and trading education resources. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before completing any purchase, as it outlines the terms that govern all transactions made with Kingdom Day Traders.
1. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds
All payments made to Kingdom Day Traders are strictly non-refundable. Upon enrollment in any of our programs, subscriptions, or cohorts, you are immediately granted access to proprietary trading systems, intellectual property, live sessions, course materials, and community resources. Because this access is granted immediately and the content is considered proprietary intellectual property, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to a change of mind, a change in personal circumstances, or dissatisfaction with the pace or level of the program.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy and are waiving any right to a refund, chargeback, or payment dispute for services rendered.
2. Down Payments & Payment Plans
For programs offered under a payment plan structure (e.g., a down payment followed by installments), the initial down payment is non-refundable and immediately secures your enrollment and access to program materials. Should you choose to cancel your enrollment at any point after making a down payment, that payment will not be returned, prorated, or credited toward any other program or subscription. The down payment is considered fulfilled compensation for the access and intellectual property you received from the date of enrollment.
3. Mid-Program & Mid-Cohort Cancellations
If you request to cancel your enrollment in a yearly or multi-month program while an active 8-week cohort is in progress, your remaining scheduled payment installments will be canceled and you will not be billed further. However, per our policy, you will retain access to the current active cohort through the remainder of its scheduled 8-week cycle. Upon conclusion of that cohort cycle, all access to future cohorts, advanced program tiers, and associated materials will be revoked.
We do not offer prorated refunds or partial credits for any unused portion of a program, cohort, or subscription period.
4. No Credit Transfers or Program Downgrades
Payments made toward a specific program, cohort, or subscription tier are exclusively tied to that enrollment. Kingdom Day Traders does not transfer past payments as credit toward a different program, subscription level, or future cohort. If you choose to transition to a different subscription level, your previous payments are considered fulfilled for the access and intellectual property you received, and any new subscription will require a separate enrollment and independent payment.
5. Cohort Access & Future Enrollment
Our 8-week cohorts are intensive, standalone experiences. Enrollment in a single cohort does not grant access to future cohorts. Each new cohort cycle requires a separate enrollment and payment. Unlimited cohort access is exclusively available to clients enrolled in our all-inclusive yearly program. Clients who cancel their yearly program mid-cycle will not retain access to future cohorts beyond the current active cycle.
6. Evaluation Accounts
All Evaluation Accounts are strictly non-refundable. No exceptions will be made.
7. Downloadable Content & Intellectual Property
All videos, course materials, trading strategies, and digital resources provided through Kingdom Day Traders are considered proprietary intellectual property. Because this content is accessible and downloadable upon purchase, it is non-refundable in all cases.
8. Errors & Our Responsibility
Kingdom Day Traders will bear full responsibility for any errors that are directly attributable to us, such as duplicate charges or billing errors. In such cases, please contact us immediately at [email protected] and we will resolve the issue promptly.
9. Refund Claims & Disputes
You are not eligible for a refund in respect of any service while a claim or dispute is pending resolution. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution while a claim is under review will be considered a violation of this policy.
10. Our Discretion
Notwithstanding the above, Kingdom Day Traders reserves the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances. The issuance of a refund in one case does not obligate Kingdom Day Traders to issue refunds in any other case.
